well, 3 words: read the room. If Yiu know the people then no point not talking. others will watch actions. As long as you are comfortable then let he Spirit lead you.

31Obedience shouldn’t be dependent on our comfortability! That is when we are following our heart (that is wicked above all things) instead of the Spirit! We walk in the spirit and not the flesh! Roman’s 10 says we are supposed to outwardly speak with our voice! “Blessed are those who proclaim!”
