The Bible doesn’t say much about politics. However, it is very clear on how a pastor should conduct himself and his sermons. The Pulpit is for preaching AND teaching God’s Word, His expectations of believers to love God first, then one another, and lastly, ourselves. It also teaches us to have discernment in ALL things, and politics is a thing. That discernment includes putting men in government positions that will serve our LORD. But, that’s as far as politics should go in the Pulpit.
