59Yes, because God gives us this choice to help us unburden ourselves. He teaches that no matter whether or not the person forgives us, we are blessed by the release that we have forgiven them and He already knows that unforgiveness is like a cancer . We cannot live our best life without leaving behind any grievances or unforgiveness that we have not surrendered.
