No, because The Bible tells us that Baptism is an “outward symbol” of the “inner Faith”. That means that the person has accepted the Gift of Salvation and has Faith in Christ that He died for their sins, and they “want” the world to know that Christ is their Savior and they want to put on a new man and live for Christ. A baby doesn’t know any of that until they have been “taught” about Christ and His Salvation. And, the Bible also tells us that we should come to Him with faith like a little child. That means that, since little children already have the faith of a little child, they are already accepted into the Kingdom of Heaven, until they LEARN the difference between right and wrong. At which time, they have the choice to accept Christ or not. But, little babies can be dedicated to the church, meaning their parents are responsible for keeping them under the teachings of Christ.
