Yes, because as a parent it is means that you surrendering to Gods will read 1 Samuel 1:24–26 because the idea is we are imperfect beings we tend to want to do right but our children but that doesn't mean we are doing right and apart from that we must entrust God with our kids because God will guide our kids better than we can ever imagine in this unpredictable world so as a parent its our duty to leave everything to God's will
