240Yes, because Christian children live in secular societies filled with people who believe, celebrate, and uphold principles that differ greatly from traditional Christian values. we as parents cannot isolate our children from the norms and customs of the societies they live in and somehow expect them to be successful. that is why we educate our children on the beliefs of others, the traditions of their society, and prepare them accordingly.
