16What would you tell someone scared of the Day of the Lord?
Believe with your heart, the kind of belief that drives you to action, that Jesus died and rose from the grave to pay the price for your sins. Then, allow your faith to grow by spending time understanding His word. Equally important is talking to God (prayer) about every single temptation, every disappointment, every victory, everything that’s important to you. You don’t have to be perfect(and praise God for that, because you can’t be). But you should be willing to live as though you believe. Finally, trust The Lord with your soul and know that He loves you enough to have taken your place in torment, so you don’t have to. For those who place their trust in Jesus, the Day of The Lord is a day to relax and say, “Finally! All my work is now about to reap eternal results!”
