Reflection · The Passion of Jesus

Do you understand why the disciples fled and left Jesus?

I probably would've followed them too. Watching your friend, teacher, the person you truly believed to be the Messiah, beaten, humiliated and murdered, it would've seemed like everything you'd done and seen was for nothing. But thank God that Jesus rose again, and he forgave them, and us.
