182Reflection · Gideon's Victory
What do you make of “The Lord said to Gideon, 'You have too”?
Humility - a trait that we often diminish and devalue - is central to a faith-led life. Without humility, we are prone to lose sight of the truth and the power of the Lord. We should pursue ways to do more with less, and trust that the Lord will provide. Gideon’s success was a direct result of following through on this tenet of faith, and we should heed that example.
