No, because we don’t need to rely on money. in Philippians it talks about don’t do anything in your own selfish desire and playing the lottery is basically you trying to get more money for yourself. plus somewhere else in the bible Jesus told a rich tax collector (I think) that his money doesn’t determine if he goes to heaven. you can’t be following all the commandments but still be selfish. the only way I could see this acceptable is if you are doing it for unselfish reasons like donating it to a charity or helping your church out
