    How do I cancel?

    Step-by-step instructions for each platform

    Apple App Store

    1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
    2. Tap your name at the top
    3. Tap Subscriptions
    4. Select Ascend
    5. Tap Cancel Subscription

    Google Play

    1. Open the Google Play app
    2. Tap your profile icon in the top right
    3. Tap Payments & subscriptions
    4. Tap Subscriptions
    5. Select Ascend
    6. Tap Cancel subscription

    Web / Stripe

    1. Sign into the Ascend app
    2. Go to your Profile page
    3. Tap the Settings icon in the top left
    4. Tap Manage Subscription
    5. Follow the prompts to cancel

    Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
